We strive to guarantee your contentment with every purchase made from us. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, here are the steps to follow:
- For online exchanges, please initiate the process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case you receive a damaged product, please send images of the item to the provided WhatsApp number +92 3403282830, or email us at Ibrahimdawood038@gmail.com. Our official response hours are from 9:30am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You must deliver the merchandise in the same packaging in which you received it. Must mention the order detail along.
- Owing to variations in color displays of monitors/screens and lighting conditions during photoshoots, there may be a slight difference in the color or texture of the actual product compared to what appears on screen. Consequently, products cannot be exchanged for reasons related to color or texture discrepancies. Exchanges will only be made if the product(s) received have a manufacturing defect.
- No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond mere opening of the product.
- Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.
- Items sold under the discounts are subject to a NO-CLAIM, NO-RETURN policy. In other case, we will fully examine the claimed product and will notify you of your right to claim the product. The claim will be made as soon as possible, and within 30 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw.
Exchange / Return
You can only make exchanges for the same article in a different size or color (if available).
For online exchange please intimate within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Exchange will be entertained on the current price, applicable Online (for non-discounted items only).
Delivery of exchange cases will be entertain with in 15 working days.
All discounted items will not be exchanged, else the customer will have the option to refund or exchange with other product of the same price range or if price range of the selected article differs, shall be paid or returned accordingly.
Purchased items can be refunded or returned if:
- The required size isn’t available in the same article, and
- The returned product is in the same zero condition as before, and
- Product reached within a week time to us.
Cancellation
Company holds the right to cancel any order in case of stock out, pricing errors etc.
